Everyone loved the venue, the service, and the food (you don't hear that very often!). We weren't fully sold on a couple of the course options so we asked if they could make something different and they fully accommodated us without a problem. Its grandeur really matches the view and environment.
The wedding package comes as a 5 course meal, a champagne toast and bar package. The lights of the city were breathtaking! Kevin and the rest of the staff were top notch and didn't miss a step. The following transit lines have routes that pass near The Signature Room. Rth out onto the coast of Lake Michigan, west and best of all South, over all the tall buildings in downtown Chicago and Navy Pier (so it had glass on 3 sides 95 floors up, you can't get better then that!). They make sure wedding guests get priority entry to the elevators and it's a good thing they do, because the lobby was packed when I arrived. We lucked out with some amazing weather and the views didn't disappoint. Seriously, this couldn't have been easier.

He also helped us cut the cake properly (as what newlyweds even know how to do that?). As an added bonus, we had a banquet captain who even helped my bridal party process into the ceremony! So helpful, and I wasn't expecting that at all. We were able to drop off a few things in advance (cake topper, favors) and my family was able to get in early to set up the few personal extras. Currently they contract out the cake services to Alliance Bakery and that whole process couldn't have been easier. The wedding package included several hours of open bar, five courses, passed appetizers, champagne, AND small centerpieces, menu cards, escort cards, and ceremony set-up.
